We develop software applications for DICOM imaging management, parsing, anonymization, visualization, interactions and simple annotations. Our solution is developed using responsive design, that enables medical images to be accessed from any device and currently supports any type of DICOM image.

The core is released open-source and available for the community.

Image Annotation

We develop software applications for 2D segmentation masks visualization, interaction and editing. Our segmentation editor supports standard editing tools such as common brush and smart annotation algorithms (region growing, interpolation...) for an enhanced user experience.

We develop services for AI image classifications or segmentation tasks. We integrate AI algorithms for image pre-annotation, we take care of data storage and version control for datasets and we finally integrate automated tasks for re-training and performance evaluation.

3D Visualizations

3D Visualizations

We provide multi-planar (MPR) real-time interactive algorithms for DICOM image 3D visualizations, including MIP, MinIP and Avg visualizations. Segmentation masks can be visualized in a 3D view using a physically based rendering (PBR) algorithm.

All these visualizations run into your web browser, from any device. For high-computing tasks we also provide server-side rendering solutions.

Volume Rendering

Volume Rendering

We provide real-time volumetric rendering (VR) of DICOM images into web browser, from any device. User can interact with lights, camera and colors. Cropping algorithms and 3D measurements are available for advanced visualization analysis. For high-computing tasks we also provide server-side rendering solutions.
