In its early version, Aneurometry allows to automatically compute aneurysm morphology from surface models (stl models) and to visualize in 3D an insight of the individual aneurysm geometry sac. Moreover it provides 16 parameters, including size and neck diameter of the aneurysm.

Providing accurate morphometric information requires extensive knowledge and computational skills. Therefore, amean to easily and accurately calculate such information is necessary to assess morphometrics in clinical settings.

Aneurometry could potentially lead to better management. Underestimation of aneurysm size can misguide clinical decisions and underestimation of aneurysm neck diameter could cause clinicians to improperly treat aneurysm

Aneurometry is a web-based application, clinician-oriented, for aneurysm morphology and risk and data management to aid in treatment decisions and treatment planning in or near the procedure room.

Aneurometry provides semi-automated computation of morphological indices [1] through the interactive specification of a neckline on a projection image and the selection of the main aneurysm.

Users can register for free into Aneurometry website and try it for a limited number of cases. Pay-per-use and flat subscriptions will be provided upon user request.

Aneurometry provides a dashboard with risk and data management of all morphological parameters history from user’s cases and literature. In next version there will be the possibility to share the anonymized data with the community.
